Abstract

Cooperation is a general obligation regulated in the Rome Statute. States Parties are the primary and essential cooperators. However, with the system of reparation recognised by the Statute and shaped by jurisprudence, we are faced with a new form of cooperation, that of restorative cooperation. Its analysis is the subject of this work.
