Abstract

A wide and sound revisiting on human rights is required from a humanistic and universal point of view. This deserves to be done continuously. This paper reflects, in a comprehensive way, the approach by the author on this core issue of current international law in his role as international judge, both at the Inter-American Court on Human Rights and at the International Court of Justice, and as international scholar.
